My husband and I looked for houses for more than a year and were assisted by multiple Realtors before we walked into an Open House and met Reggie Jahn. There was something different about him, and we noticed it immediately. While it is difficult to explain why it happens that you get a feeling of comfort and trust upon first meeting someone, it is certainly what you want to feel from the Professional that will be representing you in the extremely complex and emotional process of buying a home. Reggie did not make us feel guilty or pressured when we did not want to increase our offer to meet that presented by the seller. He remained patient and respectful of our financial decisions and never seemed to be concerned that our reticence may cause him to lose a sale. He was encouraging and supportive when negotiations fell through – and we had more than one fall through! Ultimately, we were aimlessly looking one weekend day and ran across a house we loved.  We called Reggie and he made himself immediately available to help us write up a contract and present it to the seller’s agent. He is never too busy to help and is very responsive. Before we met Reggie we even had Realtors not call us back regarding an inquiry into their listing! We would (and have) recommended Reggie to any of our friends and family.
